Brazil Nut

Brazil Nut is a tasty and healthy dried fruit, source of energy, fiber and protein without calories, is one of the main ingredients of food for children and newborns.

In Peru, it is found in the Madre de Dios region, where it occupies an area of 2.5 million hectares. Of this total, it is estimated that 1.2 million are trees of continuous production, which guarantees their exploitation throughout the year, becoming the sustenance of 30% of the families that live in the area.


Brazil Nut contains 50% water, carbohydrates, lots of fiber and almost no calories. Minerals such as: Phosphorus, Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, and Iron, vitamins B3 and E, folic acid and antioxidants.
