Pisco is Peru
Pisco is the liquor obtained exclusively from the distillation of recently fermented “pisco grapes”, produced in the Departments of Lima, Ica (Ica, Chincha, Pisco), Arequipa, Moquegua and the Locumba, Sama and Caplina valleys in the Department of Tacna.
